The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has joined in the celebration of the 54th birthday of the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr. Festus Keyamo SAN.
Acting director-general, management and staff of NCAA expressed their congratulations in a statement signed by the ministry’s director of public affairs and consumer protection, Michael Achimugu.
