The director of administration and finance of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA), Mrs Deborah Zoaka has bagged a doctorate degree of philosophy (Ph.D) in public policy and administration from the Walden University, USA.
Zoaka joined NARDA in 1999 as one of its pioneer staff and has contributed towards the development of the agency especially in the field of administration.
A statement by NASRDA’s head of media and corporate communications, Dr. Felix Ale, said Zoaka was awarded the degree having concluded rigorous course work and residencies in fulfillment of the requirement for the award of doctorate of philosophy degree in public policy and administration.
The research work with specialization in policy analysis, according to the statement, has stimulated in her more expertise in effective policy management and administration as it affects administration and global issues.
It described the accomplishment as a pride to the agency as a core research institution and a further consolidation on effective service delivery in fulfillment of its mandate.
