Aminu Maida has been appointed as the executive vice chairman (EVC) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
Nkechi Egerton-Idehen takes on the role of managing director and chief executive officer (MD/CEO) of the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT).
Mallam Kashifu Abdullahi assumes the position of director-general of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
Dr. Vincent Olatunji is appointed as the national commissioner of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Tola Odeyemi is named as the postmaster general of the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST).
Additionally, President Bola Tinubu, in his commitment to harness Nigeria’s technological and digital economic potential, has appointed Idris Alubankudi as the special adviser to the president on technology and digital economy.
These appointments, effective immediately, reflect the president’s dedication to advancing Nigeria’s communications, innovation and digital economy sectors.
