In a bid to replicate the new culture of excellence and high performance recently introduced to overseeing officers of NASENI Institutes by the agency’s executive vice chairman, Mr. Khalil Halilu, the overseeing officer (OO) of the Scientific Equipment Development Institute (SEDI), Minna, Niger State, Dr. John A. Hemen, has committed the heads of department (HoDs) of the institute to a similar performance bond.
The signing of the agreement between the OO and HoDs took place on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the institute. The performance bond, valid for four years, will undergo annual reviews and monthly performance assessments, tracking progress in areas such as project viability, partnerships, revenue generation and adherence to timelines. This structured approach ensures SEDI-Minna remains aligned with NASENI’s expectations, driving innovation and delivering measurable outcomes.
