In a visionary message to employees and partners, the executive chairman of Phase 3, West Africa’s foremost end-to-end digital infrastructure and technology service provider, Mr. Stanley Jegede has declared the organisation’s strategic focus for 2024.
The company aims to navigate the dynamic business landscape, expand network capabilities and extend its market play by converging telecommunications and technology across various sectors.
Jegede emphasised the significance of insights gained in 2023, revealing an increase in customer expectations, accelerated digital transformation needs, a rising demand for data and device security and a heightened need for robust business sustainability models. He outlined Phase 3’s commitment to adopting fit-for-purpose technology across digital infrastructure and other service layers, encompassing data, cybersecurity and everyday business functions.
Commending the efforts of staff members that contributed to the company’s achievements in its 20th year of operation, Jegede highlighted the strategic directions embarked upon in 2023, expressing optimism about concluding them in 2024. He foresees immeasurable opportunities for Phase 3 as a key industry player, with a principal goal of operating on a larger scale and expanding its market interests.
Jegede outlined the company’s approach to the new year, emphasising innovation, collaboration and timely resolution of customer inquiries as essential elements for success. The focus will also include technology advancements, upskilling and reskilling of staff and strategic hires to enhance the company’s capacity and capabilities across digital infrastructure, network enterprise, retail, value-added, and technology services. Phase 3 aims to achieve at least 95 per cent of the identified goals in each business area, fostering a transformative journey in 2024.
