The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has brainstormed on strategic ways to build a sustainable aviation business in a post-pandemic era.
During the crucial meeting with key staff and management of the authority, chaired by the FAAN managing director, Capt. Rabiu Yadudu, it was revealed that the meeting aimed to boost the aviation industry for national development.
Deliberations during the meeting focused on key areas like operational efficiency, cost reduction, customer service, compliance to COVID-19 regulations, security, synergy with other agencies, amongst others.
The meeting was attended by directors in the authority, general managers and regional airport managers.
