Duke Logistics and Consult Nigeria Limited is set to collaborate with Ghana’s Africa Islamic Economic Foundation and Glocal Healthcare Systems Limited in India for a one-day summit on Islamic finance. The event, titled “Exploring New Sources of Financing for Primary Healthcare Transformation,” is scheduled for November 30, 2023.
The event coordinator, Dr. Kabir Umar Dasuki shared the purpose of the summit with reporters on Tuesday in Abuja. He emphasised the goal of revolutionising primary healthcare in Nigeria through the lens of Islamic finance.
“Industry leaders and scholars will engage in discussions on utilizing Islamic financial instruments, unveiling innovative financing models, and leveraging digital technology for primary healthcare. The event is expected to serve as a catalyst for transformative healthcare initiatives, unlocking the potential of Islamic finance in Nigeria,” he stated.
