The permanent secretary of the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Dr. Ibrahim Kana, mni, has called the presiding minister, Mr. Festus Keyamo, SAN “a quintessential leader” in a heartfelt message to celebrate his birthday.
