The African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU) in Abuja has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA) in Bahrain.
The visit included a thorough inspection of GAA’s state-of-the-art training facilities, highlighting AAAU’s commitment to improving aviation education and professional training opportunities for its students.
The registrar of AAAU, Dr. Mustapha Abdullah led the university’s delegation and met with key representatives from the Gulf Aviation Academy to finalise the agreement.
The GAA delegation included Salama Ali (head of marketing and business development), Husain Bushehri (head of operations) and Ali AlQaseer (business development manager).
This partnership is expected to promote knowledge exchange, build capacity and provide access to advanced aviation training resources.
The collaboration aligns with AAAU’s vision of establishing itself as a leading institution for aviation and aerospace studies in Africa.
